Return and Refund Policy

We are happy to exchange your unopened Miss Priss Locs hair extensions for a different color of the same price within 30 days of purchase. Only untampered, unopened hair extensions will be exchanged. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Miss Priss Locs take matters of public safety and hygiene seriously for the safety of all our clients.

Wigs, ponytails, frontals, and closures are considered FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refunds. 

You, the customer, are responsible for all exchange/return shipping expenses. Miss Priss Locs LLC is not responsible for any lost returns.
